By using appropriate heat treatment cycles, the material is given the mechaniclas and metallurgical characteristics required by customers.

The heat treatment department has three furnaces for heating and two tanks for cooling, which can be carried out in water or polymer, equipped with agitators. The movements of the pieces, suitably arranged on special grids, is carried out with a churning machine. The installation is completed by a forced air cooling station.

 

The heating cycles are managed by special PLCs and are subject to continuous recording with the possibility of using contact thermocouples.

All control equipment complies with the calibration status control plan, the furnaces are checked for temperature uniformity in accordance with international standards.
