The material is heated in methane gas forging furnaces with energy-saving regenerative burners.

With the forging process the shape and the deformation degrees are obtained as per the customer's requirements according to the deformation cycles studied by our metallurgical engineers.

The forging department has two hydraulic presses with a force of 630 and 2300 tons respectively served by manipulators with a maximum capacity of 10000 Kg.

The department is completed by an electromechanical rolling mill controlled by the latest generation software capable of rolling rings with an external diameter of up to 2500 mm and a height of 500 mm with a maximum weight of 2500 Kg. The minimum internal diameter achievable is 180 mm.
